Source Evaluation Aid

Source Evaluation Aid helps you evaluate sources to determine whether they are credible. It evaluates the following:

  • For websites: domain type, owner, description, warnings

  • For books: author, alternative formats, publisher, subject

  • For periodicals: type, peer reviewed status

Source Evaluation Aid also provides short helpful videos on topics such as: creating a thesis statement, avoiding plagiarism, and citing sources, to name a few.

(Or scroll down to use ProQuest within this web page)
